Upon receiving your application, a Debt Management Specialist will contact you within 24 hours to find the best way we can help you and answer all of your questions. |

We will then forward the appropriate documentation to you that will allow us to start your personal Debt Management programme. |

Once we receive the signed documentation and your 1st agreed upon payment we would contact your creditors and notify them that you have joined our program. |

Each month you will make your scheduled payment. We in turn disburse your payment to your creditors. You will receive a letter from us confirming that payments have been made to your creditors. |
